ey Patchees!! Halloweentown-Gurl here with some kind of update on Tim's movies! *rips notes from Zero's mouth* Eww... ghost dog drool...
Ready? I think we'll do this in an orderly fashion by doing it in order of release date starting with...
9! Alright, a new trailer was released not too long ago, and it looks awesome! Shane and Tim make an awesome team! Shane's designs are beautiful and the characters are so creative! The Russian poster is also up, and it makes me even that much more excited! On Facebook, those of you that have an account, the Prequel story has been posted under the title '9 Scientist', so go check it out! For those that don't know, the movie will be released 9-9-09. It is PG-13 for violence and scary images.
Alice: Hmm.. Not much new news is out for this one yet. But wait?! The Disney Expo will be showing an exclusive clip?! What madness!! ...well, it is Wonderland! The Expo is being held at Anaheim Convention Center in California, September 10-13.
Frankenweenie: Alright! So I was wrong! It is being released in 2011! Rejoice, Patchees! We will get another stop motion movie!!! Hooray!
On Tim himself, the Museum of Modern Art in New York City from November 22, 2009 to April 26, 2010. The exhibit will include costumes, puppets and artwork from the artist and his movies! His Pre-Fame work will be posted there as well! Yaaay!
...I guess that's about it...
Oh! 143 days left until next Halloween, so don't worry if you see the Mayor running around close to a nervous breakdown, it's totally normal!
So, we'll try really hard to update at least once a month! You know... if Zero would stop running off with all our notes on what we can update you guys on...
Have a good rest of the day, Patchees!

ne of our server HDD's got fried last night, so I had to reinstall everything from scratch today. I'm pretty sure I managed to restore (almost) everything, but if you see something that's not working or missing, please let me know.
On a brighter note, we are now approving fanvideos much faster! For that say a big thanks to RagDoll and TCID! From now all videos are probably going to be available within one day.

Town Meeting!

ey guys, it's This-City-Is-Dead bringing you an update regarding Fan Art!
It has come to the Staff's attention, that a rising number of members have been complaining about fan art and feel as if tnbc.eu is being treated like "Photobucket" by other members, by uploading fan art that does not belong to them. And we have also noticed that alot of fan art is being uploaded that has nothing to do with TNBC, the makers of TNBC, or related to any fanfiction. As Moderators and Staff members, it's our job to keep the site running and keep members happy! After all, without your fan submissions, this very well wouldn't be a fan site..would it?
So on behalf of the Patch Staff, we've decided to help explain what is allowed to be uploaded, so all site members will be content and so there will be less misunderstanding about fan art.
First of all, if you do spot a fan art that either belongs to you or someone else, please report the link to one of the Staff members and we will take care of it.
Now on to the fan art categories and their description, I'm sure most of you guys already know these, but I've decided to put them here for those who don't. The categories help decide where a fan art is to be placed.
Categories/Description:
TNBC-only
• Hand-Drawn - Pictures that were made by hand.
• Digital - Pictures that were made using the computer.
• Semi-Digital - The mixture of Hand-Drawn and Digital art.
• Photos - Photos of any creation that are not drawings.
Not-TNBC-only
• Crossovers - Fan Art containg TNBC and other Characters.
• Original - Fan Art containing original characters, usually belonging to Fan Fictions.
(Please don't forget to include your story's ID in this case.)
• Other - Anything else that's not related to TNBC, but is related to its makers.
Screenshots, crops, copy pastes, photos of posters/merchandise, and boxart are no longer considered fan art and will not be approved. Though I don't think they were in the first place..
Since the rules have now clearly been stated, please do not get upset or bash any of the Mods/Staff if your fan art is rejected. We do not reject them to be mean, but to filter out what is related to TNBC and what is not.
Hopefully this helps, and if you guys have any questions regarding fan art that you feel was not clearly explained here, please feel free to PM any of the Mods/Staff members and we'd be more than happy to help!
So until the next update, that's it for now. Happy uploading!

Where does this door go...?

ey! It leads to updates!
Hey Patchees, this is Halloweentown-Gurl with a bit of a sorta update!
Well, Coraline opened up today so you'd better be getting your 3-D glasses ready! To think, this whole trend of stop motion began with our beloved Nightmare! It's come a long way since then, being filmed in 3-D and such, but still! Stop motion is an amazing art form! Huzzah!
It's also February, so you know what that means: travel through the pretty door and raid the chocolate factory!
As you can see, things have been getting updated rather quickly as of late, so let's give a hand to our new Mods for helping keep the Pumpkin Patch updated! *plays clapping noise clip* And thank you to all of you who keep on sending in new stuff and adding to the many pumpkins in the Patch! (Wow, corny joke!)
Hey! Tim Burton's website is back up and running! Go check it out and see what sort of cool stuff is being posted!
Onto more Tim Burton Movie news!
Alice: Production is running smoothly and here's the cool part: it's going to have live action, CGI animation and stop motion animation (wow!)!! Hey! Good ol' Burton!
9: Well... from what we know it looks cool!
Frankenweenie: Okay, this one's a little disheartening. Turns out it won't be released until 2012. But it will be a Stop Motion film and it will be in black and white, just like the original film!
So, my fellow Patchees, we aren't dead, just trying to find stuff to update that's interesting enough to tell you about!
Have fun storming the factory!
