After Coraline's mother returned from the vet with Snitter,dinner was ready.
"How was the vet?"Coraline's father asked as he pulled the hot dish out of the oven.
"It was fine.The vet removed the stitions in the head and said if he begins to show confussion or anything else that isn't normal,we have to return immendently,"her mother said.
"Ahhh.It's great to have my head back in the works,"Snitter said.
"I bet it is,"Rowf said,"When are we going to eat?I'm hugary,"
Coraline's father passed out the plates and started to put the food on the plates.
"Oh my twitchy witchy girl.I think you are so nice.I give to bowls of borrange and I give you blows of ice cream,"
Coraline was shocked to see they were having one of her father's gross dishes.She pushed her plate aside.
"Why don't you ever cook mom?"Coraline asked.
"Coraline...we've been through this before.Your dad cooks,I clean and you and the dogs stay out of the way.I swear.I'll go food shopping as soon as we finshed the catalog,"her mother said.
"Mom?What are the dogs going to eat?We can't just give them this gross-gusting food.If they eat it,they will get sick and die,"Coraline said.
"I believe the actresses downstairs have some dog food,"her father said.
"I'll go then,"her mother said.
Her mother went and got some dog food from downstairs and gave it to Rowf and Snitter.
"Coraline,try some of the char.You need a vegitable,"her mother said.
"It looks more like slime to me,"Coraline said.
"Well,it's slime or bedtime fuss pot.Now what's it going to be?"her father teased.
Coraline looked at Rowf,Snitter,and her doll who was sitting on a pile of books,"Think their trying to pousin me?"
She moved her doll's head in a nod and went upstairs to bed with Rowf and Snitter close behind her.As she laid in bed,she looked at the palm of her hand and saw where the pousin oak caused a rash on her hand.She grabbed a picture sitting on her dresser and looked at it.Snitter jumped on the bed and laid his head in Coraline's lap.
"Don't forget about me guys,"Coraline said to the picture,"Okay?"
Coraline put the picture back on the dresser and watched as Rowf came into her room and laid down on the floor.She set down her teddy bear on her bed and the doll on a chair next to her.Snitter stayed where he was and fell into a deep sleep.
"Good night little me,"Coraline said falling asleep.
Coraline was suddenly awoken by the sound of sqeaken and a low growl.She looked up to see Rowf growling at a little mouse.The mouse ran out of her bedroom with Rowf trailing behind it.Coraline and Snitter quickly jumped out of bed and followed Rowf and the mouse down the stairs.The mouse ran through the little door.
"I got you now you little rodent,"Rowf said.
Coraline opened the door and Rowf,Snitter,and her stared down into a tunnel.
"Woah,"Coraline breathed.
Coraline started to crawl through the door until Rowf pulled on the leg of her pants.
"It's okay.You two can come with me,"Coraline said.
Rowf let go and he and Snitter followed Coraline through the tunnel.When the tunnel was coming to a end,Coraline was surprised to see it ended with another door.She opened it and on the other side was the sitting room she and the dogs just left.
"Huh?"Coraline stood up and looked around the place.
"This is strange Rowf.Didn't we just leave this place?"Snitter said.
Coraline looked around,"Who's there?Hello?"
"There is someone else here Rowf,"Snitter said.
Coraline turned around and stared at the two dogs,"Did you just talk?"
Rowf and Snitter turned around and thought there was someone behind them,"Who?Us?"
"You did talk!Amazing!I can talk to you guys now!"Coraline said,"Can you tell me abit about where you guys came from or if you have any friends or familey?"
"Well we were used for experiments,"Rowf said.
"I use to have a onwer,but he then got hit by a car while saving me and I never saw him again.I don't know what happened to him,"Snitter said.
Rowf and Snitter told their story of how they escaped the white coats,how they met their friend the tod,a fox that helped them out,and how they swam across a lake(the ocean)and came here.
"What are your names?"Coraline asked.
"I'm Rowf and this is my friend Snitter,"Rowf answeared.
"At least I now know what to call you,"Coraline said.
They then heard the sound of humming.They followed it to the kitchen and they smelled the wonderful smell of chicken.As they came into the kitchen,they saw a woman cooking.It was Coraline's mother.
"Mom?What are you doing here in the middle of the night?"Coraline asked.
When she said that,the woman turned around and said,"Your just in time for supper dear,"
Coraline,Rowf and Snitter were shocked to see that she had buttons for eyes.
I wish I could make it longer,but I'm tired still.
