Jack and Sally sat on either side of Michael on their couch at home as the poor King of Pop wept into his hands.
"Oh my God..." he kept moaning, "Oh my God..."
"Michael. I'm so sorry about what the mayor said," Jack said.
"It's not that I'm afraid of this place. Really I'm not. I absolutely love it," Michael whimpered, "It's just that now I have an even greater chance of never seeing my precious children again! Prince is just reaching that age where he's starting to become a man. My beautiful Paris will surely miss her daddy. I remember when I used to play dress up with her and sing her lullabies every night when she was little. And Blanket, oh my poor Blanket! My littlest one. He won't know where I am and I just know he'll cry at night because I'm gone! Oh god..."
Michael's violent sobs racked his chest and echoed loudly throughout the huge mansion.
"I can't believe the mayor threatened you like that!" Sally exclaimed as she hugged Michael. Michael continued to sob into Sally's chest, gripping her dress like a child who got lost and didn't know where his parents were.
"That isn't like him," Jack said, "It makes me wonder."
"Well, I don't care what he says," Michael blubbered, "I just wanna go home."
Jack suddenly stood up, making Sally and Michael jump. "Michael, we are GOING to get you HOME!!!" he exclaimed.
"How?" Sally asked, "Jack, Michael could've come through any tombstone!"
"Well," Michael said softly, "The graveyard was in Los Angelos. I was looking at store displays for ideas for my "This Is It" tour. And then I saw the graveyard and it drew me in for some reason. And then I ended up here!"
"Only one can lead to where he came from," Sally said.
"Hmm..." Jack thought, "There can only be one tombstone that leads to L.A. And we're going to find it!"
"Jack! That could take forever!" Sally cried.
"I don't care! We are getting Michael home if it's the last thing I do!" So there...
"God bless you Jack," Michael said as he stood up and gave Jack a warm hug.
"You're welcome Michael. It's the least I could do," Jack responded.
They dared to venture out of the house again. Jack really wanted to show Michael the rest of the town. Michael made sure to fix his makeup, since his eyes were all red and puffy from crying so much.
"Now if the mayor comes again, hide in the closest spot that you can," Sally said.
"Ok," Michael said, winking.
They showed Michael everything. And Michael loved every minute of it.
"Do you mind if I take notes?" Michael asked, "This would be awesome for my tour!"
"By all means! Go ahead!" Jack said. So Michael pulled out a notepad, a pencil, and his reading glasses and began writing down ideas and drawing sketches.
"This will be awesome for 'Thriller!'" Jack heard Michael say. Jack couldn't help but smile. Here he was helping out his biggest idol. It just about made his day.
"Michael! The mayor's coming!" Sally cried softly. Thinking fast, Michael dove behind a bush.
"Is the pedophile gone?" the mayor snapped. Michael was seething. He seriously considering jumping out of the bush and giving the mayor a good bitch-slap. But he stayed put.
"What in hell is wrong with you?" Sally snapped, "You've all ready hurt the poor guy's feelings enough! What'll it take for you to leave the poor man alone?"
"For him to leave!"
"Mayor, there is something seriously wrong inside that two - sided head of yours," Jack said coldly, clenching his fists. He was getting ready to punch him.
"Jack..." Sally said as she held Jack's fist down.
"I don't care what you believe from that guy. He's dangerous! Do you know how many little boys he molested?!? Probably his own children too."
That did it. Michael completely lost it. "DON'T YOU DARE TALK ABOUT MY CHILDREN LIKE AGAIN!!!" Michael roared. His usual pale face was a deep red now.
"I though I told you to leave!" the mayor shouted back."
"And I telling you
to BEAT IT!!!" Michael yelled, slapping the mayor across the face, making it spin in many circles.
"You'll regret this," the mayor growled.
"I'm not threatened by you. It is YOU who should feel threatened by ME!!!"
Jack didn't know what to say. He didn't know whether to stop this fight or cheer Michael on. He just loved how he quoted his songs in his comebacks.
After a rather long bout with the mayor, Michael stopped and saw that a crowd had gathered around them. They looked a little frightened. Michael wasn't sure if they were scared of the mayor...if they were scared of HIM because he was so angry.
"I don't care what you say," Michael growled softly, "You can't scare me."
"We'll see about that," the mayor said evilly as he pushed his way through the crowd and stalked away. The crowd turned and stared at Michael. He had this huge urge building inside him to run up to the mayor and damn well much him into the next holiday. But he stood still, trembling violently, his fists clenched. And that's when a single tear ran down his face.
Shock, who was present after tying Lock to a tree somewhere, ran up to Michael and hugged him. Michael looked down at her, and picked her up. Shock began to cry into Michael's jacket. Michael patted her head softly.
"Michael, that was so brave of you," Sally said.
Jack approached Michael and said, "Michael, you are going to get through this. You are going to beat this. You are going to get him. You're unbreakable, untouchable. Because you are...invincible..."
