it's been years since the defeat of Palethorn and Oogie,Sir Daniel Fortesque and Jack Skellington come back to London,England for a visit.Things get waaaay out of hand,now they must combine thier power to set things right.
but along the way,they run into halloween citizens and old friends to aid them on thier quest.Not only London is in trouble, but Halloween Town and Christmas Town as well!

Jack and Sally are happy. Their dating has been going great and people have seen Sally stayin the night at Jacks house more then once. But when Sally's ex-boyfreind, a zombie named Justin I. Hunter, moves back into town, will Sally still have feelings for him? And will Jack and Justin fight over her? Well, thats a hard one, seeing how they will have to fight together to save her from Oogie and his old gang.
