♣ Go to the Towers of Torment.

As entering this area, you will see a gate getting unlocked.

♣ Go through that gate.

Ψ Residential Area - Mayor's Yard Ψ

As entering the Mayor's Yard, Jack spots the Mayor high up, locked in a cage, screaming for help.

♣ Use the four Mayor's House Key Pieces while standing in front of the entrance.

♣ Enter the Mayor's House.

Ψ Residential Area - Mayor's House Ψ

♣ Make your way up to the Mayor.

The Mayor thanks Jack for rescuing him, and tells him that some of Oogie's monsters are on his roof, and they probably have a holiday door with them.

♣ Make your way up to the Mayor's Roof.

♣ Chapter completed.

Tips & Hints

There is a Pumpkin in the Mayor's Madhouse area. You can swing to it from the part right before the roof.
